- The Lifetime guarantee applies to all metal components; non metal and glass parts are subject to normal wear and tear through usage and are offered a 3 year guarantee. The guarantee is available to the original purchaser upon proof of purchase and is not transferable.
- All products must be registered via the website within 30 days of installation.
- The guarantee is only available for products purchased for domestic use in the UK and Eire.
- This guarantee applies to products installed in accordance with our installation instructions, maintained according to our care instructions and used under normal showering conditions. Liability does not cover: a) Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, wilful damage or use of incorrect cleaning products. b) Breakage of glass. c) The effects of limescale, corrosion or mildew build up.
- Shower Image Ltd will not accept claims against defects found after installation, ie scratches on glass or profiles. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the product prior to installation.
- In the unlikely event of a product fault the original purchaser should report the details to Shower Image Ltd who reserves the right to inspect the installed product.
- Shower Image Ltd will at their own discretion, repair the product, replace the product for a similar product or offer a refund of the purchase price (subject to age, wear and tear and depreciation). This constitutes our sole obligation under the guarantee.
- Shower Image Ltd offer the guarantee on the product only and is not liable for any costs relative to the installation or replacement of its products.
- This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights.
